Threesixty is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team on an initial fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. We are open on level, so this could suit someone at junior to midweight level, depending on experience. What matters most is that you have strong design fundamentals, a good eye, a solid work ethic, and the ability to contribute confidently across real client work.
We’d be especially interested in someone who can bring added strength in motion design, digital advertising creative, or social-first content

What you’ll do
- Work on a mix of brand, digital and print projects
- Create high-quality design assets across a range of client briefs
- Support the development and rollout of campaigns and communications
- Build presentations, layouts, branded collateral and visual assets
- Prepare artwork for print and digital use
- Contribute to creative thinking and studio discussions
- Work with the team to deliver projects on time and to a strong standard
Particularly useful experience
- Motion graphics or simple animation
- Digital ad creation and campaign asset production
- Social media content design
- Resizing and adapting creative across formats and platforms
- Agency or studio experience
What we’re looking for
- Strong design fundamentals in typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- A portfolio that shows taste, judgement and attention to detail
- Someone who can take feedback well and work collaboratively
- A reliable, organised and professional approach
- Someone comfortable working across both print and digital
