What a year it's been. 2019 was one of our busiest years, with some great projects and we want to thank all of our clients and friends for making it one to remember. This isn't just another 'year in review' blog post (yeah right!), it's an easy way to catch up if you’ve missed any of our work during the year. We love working with natural food ingredient trailblazer Lycored and in 2019 we developed and launched the HueFinder™ colour-matching digital app for them. HueFinder™ enables Lycored’s customers to pick the exact colour match online, exploring how to bring fresh vibrant colours to food and beverage applications, from a natural, healthy source.

Glanbia Ireland

We’re delighted to continue our brand partnership with Glanbia Ireland in 2019, a formative and exciting year for the new organisation. Highlights included the brand identity design of The Twenty20 Calf to Beef Club, packaging design for a product line extension for GAIN Pet Nutrition’s grain-free Kindness brand and of course the stand design for the National Ploughing Championships in the Carlow sun shine.

Gatsby Africa

We have been a design and communications partner of Gatsby Africa since 2013, a London-based NGO supporting market development and economic growth in East Africa, working as brand and positioning consultants at organisational and intervention level. Throughout 2019 we continued our work both in-country and remotely for the Textile Development Unit Tanzania, Kenya Markets Trust and Msingi East Africa projects.

We worked with a cross-functional team from Beotanics to create a brand that engages technical and commercial audiences as well as relevant influencers. We wanted to internationalise the brand, making it a truly global, specialist company offering scalable innovative solutions that are game changers for “big food’.For the new brand identity and website, we wanted to capture a sense of Beotanics driving passion; looking outside the known world exploring and discovering new sources of plant-based foods.



We designed the Flavors of the Future Volume 2 brochure and campaign for Synergy. In the 2019 edition the research turned to the Mediterranean to uncover a hot-list of ten emerging, growing, mainstream and established flavor trends with growth potential in the global sports nutrition market.

Atura Proteins

Halfway through the year we won this project to create a name, a brand strategy platform, an identity system and build a website for a new disruptive plant protein ingredient company who is enabling the food and beverage industry to sustainably meet the demand for a protein-rich, plant-based diet. Atura Plant Proteins was born and we are so proud to be part of their journey.

We named and designed the brand identity logo and supporting collateral for Bifipro, an innovative fermented dairy ingredient from Carbery. Bifipro combines the natural goodness of Irish dairy from grass-fed cows with the ancient art of fermentation to create a range of nutritional ingredients that support digestive health.

Dunmore is a local Kilkenny company who has developed a truly unique joinery business over the last 30 years, applying skills, knowledge and craftsmanship to create an exceptional portfolio of interior projects for a range of international clients from London to Macau. In 2019 we developed a new brand identity, messaging platform and website for them and wish Dermot, John and the team continued success for the next 30!
